Kip Lewis founded Lewis Investments in 1992 in Austin, Texas. Since then he has acquired, developed and managed more than $750 million of real estate — including more than 4,000 MH/RV park units, 500,000 sq ft of industrial space, and 300,000 sq ft of office and retail.

Our team has extensive experience in new development and construction, and we manage our own portfolio. We take a team approach to transactions, value long-term banking and capital market relationships, and reward our team with equity in the company.
